In 2021 we achieved Investors in People Gold accreditation; a level only achieved by 16% of companies who are assessed by the IIP, an external organisation assessing what it’s like for the people who work at Titan. Something we are immensely proud of and will continue investing in our people.
Employee Recognition
At Titan we regularly recognise and reward our employees. Each month all staff vote for their MVP – most valuable player – and the three winners each quarter are wined and dined by one of the directors. This is not only a fantastic recognition of their efforts, but it is also a huge accolade voted by their peers. At the end of each quarter the directors will also choose the person that has best demonstrated our company values and will award them with the Culture bonus. Outside of awards we also host regular team bonding events where we can get together socially and away from the office.
Health and Wellbeing
The health and wellbeing of our staff is our primary focus. Titan employ a dedicated Head of Wellbeing, whose primary role is to deliver a robust employee health and wellness programme to nurture staff morale and wellbeing. Titan also provides Healthshield cover for every employee, which provides financial assistance against every day medical expenses, health and wellbeing and specialist consultations. The cover also offers an Employee Assistance Programme providing 24/7 counselling and a support helpline, with a GP anytime service. As a people first business, we put you first.

Titan are partnered with The Switch, a charity that helps children of Tower Hamlets gain the necessary experience and exposure to ready them for the world of work. The partnership provides Titan staff with the opportunity to volunteer their time in the local community, supporting The Switch with skills-based initiatives such as CV writing, interviews, assessment centres and more. You’ll have the chance to permanently change the future outlook for young people and make a real difference in the local community.
